Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and typically arrive 7–12 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local carrier conditions.
Customs & duties: orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
Delays: during high-demand periods (holidays, sales events) delivery may take a little longer than the estimate above. We'll always email you if we expect a meaningful delay on your order.
Returns
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
- Sale items and final-sale pieces are noted on the product page and are not eligible for return unless faulty.
